RETURN POLICY


RETURNS & EXCHANGE

All purchases may be returned within 14 days (for damaged goods or wrong style) or 7 days (if you are simply unsatisfied) upon receiving. You must return the products in their original condition with the original packaging and pay the return shipping cost unless you received damaged or defective item(s) or wrong item(s) (when we are notified within the time periods specified above).

DAMAGES/WRONG ITEMS/UNSATISFACTION

We proudly provide high quality garments for our customers. However, there may be unfortunate circumstances that we cannot control – i.e. damaged during transit. It will be your responsibility to inspect all goods before selling it. In the case of any damages or defects, you will have 14 business days to notify your case to one of our representatives.


How to return damaged/defective or wrong item(s):

  • Please start your return request by filling out the ‘Return Request Form’ on our web site.
  • You will receive a confirmation via email after your return request has been reviewed.
  • If your request is approved, you will receive a return label via email.
  • Once we receive the returned merchandise, a store credit will be issued to your account and will be automatically applied to your next purchase.
  • In the case of unsatisfaction with your merchandise, you will have 7 business days to claim a return. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • For all returns simply due to a customer not liking the product, ONLY store credit will be given. No refunds.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • If a request is made in a timely manner and approved by one of our representatives, we will issue a return label and will gladly replace the goods if we still have it in stock, or issue a store credit that is equal in value to the returned goods. We may not be able to assist you if your request is made after 14 days.
